Shipping and Exchange Policy

Nothing is shipped

Everything we sell is a service delivered digitally. Nothing physical is sent, so there are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses and no couriers.

How you receive it

The tier you paid for opens as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment, which is usually straight away. If your browser or connection drops at the moment you pay, it can be delayed. The levels inside the tier open as you clear them. If access has not opened, write to hello@theaiofficers.com with your payment reference and we will open it by hand, normally within one working day. Your official tax invoice and receipt are sent to you separately.

Exchanges

Because nothing physical is delivered, there is nothing to exchange. If what you received is not what was agreed, see our Cancellation and Refund Policy, or write to hello@theaiofficers.com and we will put it right.
