Who we are
academy.theaiofficers.com is the AI Officer Academy. It is operated by Academy Printers Private Limited, trading as The AI Officer Network, Block B, Warden Court, August Kranti Marg, Mumbai 400026, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). GSTIN 27AACCA2755R2Z6. CIN U99999MH1997PTC105863. By creating an account or paying for a tier, you agree to these terms.
Who can use the Academy
The Academy is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account or to buy. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and refund any fee paid.
What we offer
- Levels 1 and 2 are free for everyone with an account.
- Tier 1 · AI Executive covers Levels 1 to 8.
- Tier 2 · AI Architect covers Levels 1 to 15.
- Tier 3 · AI Officer covers the full ladder, Levels 1 to 25.
Each tier includes every tier below it. Inside a tier, levels open one after another as you clear them. Prices are on our Pricing page.
Your account
You need an account to learn. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; an account is for one person. Your sign-in is shared with platform.theaiofficers.com, the AI Officer platform: the same email and password work on both sites. Tell us at hello@theaiofficers.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Paying for a tier
Each tier is paid for once. There is no renewal fee and no subscription. The prices on our Pricing page are the totals you pay and include GST. Payments are collected by Academy Printers Private Limited through Razorpay, using the methods Razorpay offers at the time, such as card, UPI and net banking. We never receive or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Your official tax invoice and receipt are sent to you separately.
If you later want a higher tier, you buy that tier. Today it is charged at its own full price, and what you paid for a lower tier is not credited. We are changing that so moving up costs only the difference, and this page will say so when that change is live.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
How long your access lasts
Your access to a tier you have paid for has no end date while your account is active. We review the curriculum every three months and update it; updates to a tier you own are included in what you paid, for as long as your account is active.
Accounts are not kept open for ever. An account that has not been used for 365 days will be closed, and a closed account will be deleted 30 days after that. "Used" means you signed in, to the Academy or to the AI Officer platform, or the Academy recorded a piece of your learning. Closing means we take away the tiers on the account, so its paid levels no longer open, and the account is then due to be deleted 30 days later. Levels 1 and 2 are free, so they stay open until the account is deleted. Your shared sign-in keeps working. Before any account is closed we will email the address on that account 60 days, 30 days and 7 days beforehand, and we will not close an account that has not had all three of those emails. Signing in once before the closing date keeps the account open, and any payment starts the 365 days again. Where we do not have a record of your last sign-in, we use the best record we have, which may be your last piece of learning. If a warning email reaches you and you believe it is wrong, reply to it and we will correct the date. If your account is closed for inactivity, write to hello@theaiofficers.com within those 30 days and we will reopen it, normally within one working day. After them we delete it, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Fees already paid are not refunded when an account is closed for inactivity. The 365-day rule applies to free accounts as well as paid ones.
Badges and certificates
Badges and certificates are issued by the AI Officer Academy. They are our own credentials. They are not a government, university or regulator's qualification. A certificate has a public web page that shows your name as it was when the certificate was issued, so that you can share it. That page stays public after your account is closed, and after it is deleted, unless you ask us to take it down. Write to hello@theaiofficers.com to have a certificate page removed.
Work and placements
Once you complete Level 8 you can apply for projects and placements on platform.theaiofficers.com. The client company chooses who it works with. We do not guarantee work, a placement or income.
The AI mentor
ELOVA, the Academy's mentor, is software built on AI models. It marks practice work, answers questions, and adapts how it teaches you: it explains more simply when you are finding a level hard, and writes extra lessons on the topics you got wrong. It can be wrong. Treat what it says as guidance for learning, not as professional, legal or financial advice. Your conversations with the mentor are stored so that it can follow your progress, and our team can read them to help you and to improve the Academy.
Your work and ours
What you write and upload in the Academy stays yours. You give us permission to use it to teach you, to mark it and to run the Academy. The curriculum, the four-dimension framework, the exercises, the mentor and the site itself remain ours. You may use them to learn. You may not copy, resell, publish or share them, or share your account so that someone else can.
Acceptable use
Do your own work. Do not attempt to access another learner's data, to copy the curriculum in bulk, to disrupt the service, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may take away the tiers on your account if you do, and we may close and delete the account. We will not take away your shared sign-in for this unless we tell you first and explain why. If we take away your tiers or close your account for a serious breach of these terms, no refund is due.
If we stop offering the Academy
If we decide to stop offering the Academy, or to stop offering a tier you have paid for, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before, and you will keep access for those 30 days. If you paid for that tier within the 12 months before that notice, we will refund the fee you paid. Certificates you have already earned stay valid and their pages stay live.
Liability
We work to keep the Academy accurate and available but do not guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a paid tier is limited to the fee you paid for that tier, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
Events outside our control
If something outside our reasonable control stops or delays the service, for example a failure of a service we depend on or a change in the law, we will tell you promptly and restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. A tier already paid for stays on the refund terms in force when it was paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
